Cagayan II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CAGELCO II) wins over North East Luzon Electric Cooperatives’ Association (NELECA) sister ECs during the 2011 regional search for the best 3S practices, Power Distribution Category.

Through the dedication and concerted efforts of CAGELCO II employees of Sweeping, Sanitizing and Sorting during the inter-department/Sub-Office 3S in preparation for the region-wide 3S Competion, the Seal of Good Housekeeping was awarded to the Coop by the Partnership of Workers and Employers of Region 2 (POWER 2) in coordination with the Regional Conciliation and Mediation Board No. 2 (NCMB) last February 3, 2012 at Chateau Leonor, Carig, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
