LAL-LO, CAGAYAN — Ms. Monette Vinarao Caliva was officially proclaimed the winner in the CAGELCO II District V election held today, March 7, 2026. She will represent the Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) of Camalaniugan, Lal-lo and Allacapan, Cagayan in the Board of Directors.

Caliva secured 2,618 votes, winning by a margin of 1,692 votes against fellow candidate Mr. Raymundo T. Castañeda who garnered 926 votes.

Caliva will join two others, who will be elected in the succeeding scheduled election, in an oath-taking ceremony on June 2026, during CAGELCO II’s Annual General Membership Assembly.
