9 October 2026 - CAGELCO II employees joined the Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association (PHILRECA) initiative, “Take It Easy, mga ka-EC!” Year 6 in celebration of the National Cooperative Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, featuring insightful discussions on mental wellness and financial empowerment for electric cooperative employees.

The sessions focused on “Preventing System Overload: Building Stronger Mental Resilience,” highlighting the importance of managing stress and strengthening mental well-being, and “Power Prosperity: Smarter Budgeting and Wealth Building for EC Employees,” which emphasized practical financial management and strategies for building a more secure future.
